A carefully selected wine tasting featuring one guest producer, presented alongside stories that celebrate the wines and identity of Serra da Estrela.

02 🍲 Gastronomy Under the Stars
Small signature dishes created to harmonize with the wines through texture, aroma and seasonality.

03 🎵 Sunset DJ Session
A relaxed sunset soundtrack curated by a guest DJ, creating the perfect atmosphere as day turns into night before the astronomical observation begins.

04 🔭 Astronomical Observation
Guided by an astronomy specialist, guests will explore the Perseids, constellations, planets and stories of the night sky.
